Train to Windsor — A Journey of Dreams, Dangers, and Destiny
Once upon a time, in a humble village, there lived a bright and hopeful girl named Angellina. She longed to visit the Royal City of Windsor, where her adopted sister, Princess Gretchen, lived in a grand palace. Yet her family was poor, and her wish seemed impossible.
“We don’t have the money, my child,” her mother sighed. “Maybe one day, when luck finds us.”
For her birthday, Angellina received only a used dress that once belonged to a wealthy woman. Her younger siblings, Peter and Anna, were gifted old novels and a few schoolbooks. Still, Angellina held on to hope.
Then, as if fate listened, the Westcousin governor announced financial aid for struggling families. The Angellina family received $680 and school supplies. With tears of gratitude, they thanked the governor.
“Now we can go to Windsor!” cried Angellina joyfully.
At the Westcousin train station, they tried to book tickets for the day after tomorrow, but the clerk said,
“Sorry, only tomorrow night’s train has seats to Windsor.”
Not wanting to wait longer, they booked business class seats for five. However, Anna, being too young, had to sit with her parents.
The Train Journey Begins
On the night of their journey, the train roared to life with steam hissing and wheels turning. As the whistle blew, Angellina, her parents, Peter, and Anna boarded eagerly. Along the way, Angellina made a quick phone call to Princess Gretchen, letting her know they were coming.
A train officer announced through the intercom:
“Dear passengers, please ensure you do not carry any prohibited items like drugs, gambling tools, or anything illegal. The safety of all is our priority.”
All seemed well, until suddenly, panic swept through the train. A strange, horrific creature—half-human, half-monster—emerged, attacking passengers. It was later discovered that a passenger who died in the restroom had been infected with a deadly, mysterious virus that turned victims into human-eating beings.
Screams echoed down the carriages. Passengers scrambled for safety, using clever tricks and hiding spots. Thankfully, the Angellina family survived unharmed by using quick thinking and keeping together. Only twenty passengers were infected, but their grotesque presence forced the train to halt at West Windsor Royal City Station.
There, officials removed the infected passengers, escorting them away for quarantine. The remaining passengers, including the Angellina family, boarded a clean replacement train that would take them the rest of the way to Windsor.
The Final Stretch
As the new train sped forward, Anna played with her doll, Peter chatted with a friend over the phone, and Angellina quietly queued to call Princess Gretchen again. They were only ten kilometers from Windsor. The family unpacked some food—fresh vegetables, lettuce, cabbage, and goat meat—to satisfy their hunger.
Soon, the train officer’s voice echoed again:
“Dear passengers, we are five kilometers from the Royal Windsor City station. Please prepare your belongings.”
The excitement buzzed through the train. Passengers spoke eagerly of arriving:
“Almost there!”
“Just a little longer!”
“Welcome to Windsor, soon!”
Then came the final announcement:
“One kilometer to Windsor! Pack your luggage. Don’t forget anything.”
The wheels screeched gently as the train finally came to a stop at the grand Royal Windsor City Station.
“Thank you for traveling with us. See you on the next journey,” said the train officer.
With bags in hand, the Angellina family stepped off, hearts brimming with relief and excitement. At the station, they were warmly greeted by Princess Gretchen and her royal family. Angellina’s long-awaited dream had come true. They were welcomed to the palace, where they stayed for several delightful days, basking in the luxury of the royal court and the joy of reunion.
