n the heart of the whimsical Kingdom of Arrorn, there lived a remarkable rooster unlike any other. He wasn’t just any ordinary barnyard bird; this rooster was sharp, thoughtful, and—above all—determined to make a difference in his small corner of the world.

Each morning, without fail, the rooster stood proudly on his favorite post and let out his loud, echoing “Cock-a-doodle-doo!” that stirred the entire farm awake. The sleepy farmer would rise, stretch, and begin tending to his crops. Although the farmer was a kind man, he never paid much attention to the rooster’s attempts to talk. Yes, this rooster could speak—but no one ever cared to listen.

At first, the rooster didn’t mind. After all, he was free to roam, and he lived without many concerns. But over time, he noticed the farmer’s loneliness. The man worked hard day after day, caring only for his crops, with no one by his side to share his life. The rooster’s heart, proud as it was, softened at this sight.

A Mission of Love

One day, the rooster made up his mind:
“I shall find a wife for my farmer!”

And so began his adventurous quest across the fields, valleys, and forests beyond the farm. He traveled far and wide, meeting many people and animals, yet none seemed worthy of the gentle, hard-working farmer—until one evening, he came upon a princess, elegant and refined, her beauty shining even in the moonlight.

She lived in a grand castle with towering spires and shimmering windows. The rooster was instantly impressed by her grace, but most importantly, he saw in her the perfect companion for his farmer.

That very night, the clever rooster perched on the princess’s windowsill, waiting for the morning light. As dawn broke, he crowed loudly:

“Cock-a-doodle-doo! I have found true love for you!”

The princess, startled by this bold wake-up call, rushed to the window, pulling aside the gossamer curtains. To her astonishment, there sat the proud rooster, crowing still:

“Cock-a-doodle-doo! I have found true love for you!”

Perplexed, the princess asked,
“How could you know my true love when even I do not?”

With charm and confidence, the rooster told her about the lonely farmer—the goodness of his heart, his kindness, and his gentle spirit. The princess, captivated by this tale of quiet virtue, found herself curious and intrigued. At last, she agreed to journey with the rooster to meet this mysterious man.

Back to the Farm

Together, the princess and the rooster made their way back to the humble farm. As soon as they arrived, the rooster leapt onto the windowsill of the farmer’s cottage and crowed louder than ever:

“Cock-a-doodle-doo! I have found true love for you!”

The farmer stirred from his bed and rubbed his eyes, surprised to see a beautiful princess standing nearby. Before he could gather his wits, the rooster repeated with pride:

“Cock-a-doodle-doo! I have found true love for you!”

The princess laughed softly, enchanted by the rooster’s enthusiasm. She approached the farmer, took his hand, and declared:
“Dear farmer, your rooster has journeyed far to bring me to you. I believe he was right—for I feel we are destined to be together.”

The farmer, though initially speechless, soon smiled warmly. Love blossomed swiftly between them, for sometimes, the heart simply knows.

The Rooster’s Reward

In time, the farmer and the princess married, becoming the king and queen of Arrorn. The farm flourished, the people celebrated, and joy spread across the land.

And what of the rooster? He was no longer just a farm bird. He was named the Royal Rooster of Arrorn, honored for his cleverness and loyalty. Every morning, his proud crow awakened not just the farm, but the entire kingdom:

“Cock-a-doodle-doo! I have found true love for you!”

It is said that his voice still echoes through the hills of Arrorn, reminding everyone that even the smallest creature can change the course of lives with a bit of courage and a lot of heart.

Moral of the Story

No voice is too small, and no heart too humble to change the world. With kindness, determination, and a bit of cleverness, even a rooster can find love for a lonely soul and bring happiness to an entire kingdom.
