Once upon a time, in the city of Kasi, a tragic event occurred when Krishna, the divine hero, killed the king of Kasi. Fueled by grief and the desire for revenge, Sudaksina, the son of the fallen king, resolved to avenge his father’s death. To achieve his goal, he sought the blessings of Lord Shiva and prayed with great devotion. Moved by Sudaksina’s determination, Shiva advised him to perform a black magic ritual that would summon a powerful demon capable of confronting Krishna.

Following Shiva’s guidance, Sudaksina conducted a demonic sacrifice, and soon, Daksinagni, a fierce demon with long sharp teeth, a huge red tongue, and a blazing trident, emerged from the sacrificial flames. The terrifying demon, intent on carrying out Sudaksina’s revenge, stormed toward Dwarka, where Krishna resided.

As Daksinagni’s massive footsteps shook the ground, fear gripped the hearts of the people, who fled in panic. Recognizing the impending danger, Krishna prepared to confront the demon. When Daksinagni reached Dwarka, Krishna launched his Sudarshan Chakra, a divine discus weapon, at the demon. The chakra’s divine power terrified Daksinagni, who immediately fled in fear, unable to withstand Krishna’s strength.

But the story did not end there. The demon, unable to harm Krishna, returned to his summoner. Guided by the force of the chakra, Daksinagni arrived at Sudaksina’s place, and in a twist of fate, destroyed the very man who had summoned him.

**Moral:** Those who seek revenge often face the consequences of their own malice. In the end, hatred and vengeance bring harm to those who nurture them.
