Jimmy was a chubby boy, and let’s be honest, he had enough of being the punchline of every school joke. His weight made him feel about as confident as a pancake at a gym class. After being teased one too many times, he decided it was time for a change—and by change, he meant professional help. He marched straight into the doctor’s office, practically out of breath from the effort of just walking in, and said, “Doc, help me! My classmates won’t stop poking fun at me! How do I shed these extra pounds?”

The doctor, who clearly had a sense of humor and a twinkle in his eye, smiled and said, “Easy! Start exercising every day. That’ll do the trick!”

Jimmy, who was feeling more energized than a caffeinated squirrel, nodded enthusiastically. “Got it, Doc. I’m all in!”

A few days later, Jimmy returned to the doctor’s office, looking like he had just run a marathon—backwards. His face was drooping, his shoulders slouched, and his belly… well, his belly had become a bit of a mystery. “Doc!” he groaned. “I’ve been exercising like you said, but instead of losing weight, I’m gaining it!”

The doctor raised an eyebrow. “Really? What kind of exercises have you been doing?”

With all the pride of someone who thought they were doing it right, Jimmy beamed and said, “I’ve been horse riding every day! I thought it’d be a fun way to get fit.”

The doctor paused, trying to picture Jimmy on a horse, struggling to keep up, while the horse galloped along, getting slimmer by the minute. “Horse riding, huh?” the doctor said, fighting a laugh. “And how’s that working out for you?”

Jimmy sighed. “Well, it seems like I’m gaining weight, while my horse is looking like it’s been on a diet!”

At that point, the doctor just couldn’t hold it in anymore. He burst out laughing, imagining the horse trotting around, shedding pounds while Jimmy was on his round-the-clock “fitness plan”. After a few good chuckles, the doctor wiped his eyes and said, “Alright, Jimmy, I think it’s time for a real workout plan.”
