Bahlool’s Take on the Biggest Animal

One day, the Caliph asked Bahlool, “What is the largest animal in the sea?”
Bahlool replied, “A whale.”
The Caliph then asked, “And what is the largest animal on land?”
Bahlool said, “Astaghfirullah! Which animal would dare consider itself larger than the Caliph?”
