Bahlool and Respect for Lady Fatimah (S.A.)

One day, someone tried to provoke Bahlool by offering him a dirham and said, “Insult Lady Fatimah (peace be upon her), and this money is yours.”

Bahlool retorted sharply, “Could I instead insult Aisha and take half a dirham?”

His biting response silenced the provocateur and demonstrated his unwavering respect for the family of the Prophet (peace be upon him), exposing the hypocrisy of those who sought to belittle sacred figures.
